The Practical Lean System™

The Practical Lean System™

We teach and apply the lean process the way we learned it at Toyota.   We’ve coined this method the Practical Lean System™.  All improvement is aligned with the strategic vision of the organization and done in accordance with the scientific method, i.e., small rapid experiments that allow you to learn, review and reflect on what has been learned, take action based on the learning and then teach others what you have learned.  We will help you understand not only the tool but also the methods of application, the strategies for application, the concept(s) behind the strategy and the underlying philosophy for the whole system.  It is through this iterative method of learn-do-think-teach that you experience individual and organizational self-learning.  Additionally, throughout the process you are developing and defining your own business system and propagating it throughout your organization.

The Practical Lean System™

The Practical Lean System™ is a trademarked method to help any organization reach their full potential and redefine their culture.  It follows the fundamental idea that lasting change and sustainable improvements require greater depth than simply learning the lean tools.   Lasting change and sustainable improvements happen when the organization understands and embraces the philosophy, concepts, strategy, methods and tools.  We will create a tailored implementation plan for your organization and develop internal resources.  Our goal is to make the organization self-sufficient as quickly as possible.
