About Lean Associates

Lean Associates is a group of highly skilled lean coaches who are able to guide organizations through the challenging process of creating a Lean Enterprise. Lean Associates is able to work with both major companies with multiple plants or international locations, and with smaller companies.

We differ from other consulting firms in that all of our senior associates are former managers at Toyota.  We were all trained by Toyota and immersed for 7-10 years within the Toyota culture.  We can teach both the theory and the practice of lean. We show up ready to work and to get involved in the details necessary to make change happen. We are all oriented towards application of the concepts and to generating the bottom line P&L results your organization desires.

Lean Associates will ensure a complete understanding of your business and needs, and we will develop a specific plan for your organization based on the Practical Lean System™. We work with each company on an individual basis helping the leadership create a specific vision and roadmap for achieving your desired results. Our focus is value stream based rather than tool specific and follows a simple Practical Lean System™. Our mission is to create an effective, robust process that allows value to flow and change to happen across the entire organization for maximum benefits.
